What Readers Write

★★★★★
"I used the grout paste on my bathroom tiles last night. I thought that grey was just what my grout was now. It came out almost white. I have been scrubbing those tiles for two years."
Maria · verified buyer · Book One
★★★★★
"I bought the bundle. The cleaning book I use every week. The kitchen book changed how I shop — I spent $38 less this week than last week doing nothing different except buying dried beans instead of canned."
Sandra · verified buyer · Both Books
★★★★★
"The washing machine gasket chapter. I had been running clean cycles for over a year. This actually fixed the smell. The book is written like a real person talking to you, not a content creator."
Paul · verified buyer · Book One
★★★★★
"The whole chicken chapter alone is worth it. Three meals from one bird, plus a pot of broth I would have paid $4 for at the store. I have made it every week since."
Jennifer · verified buyer · Book Two
★★★★★
"The moving-out chapter is worth the price by itself if you have ever been a renter. I printed the checklist and taped it to the wall of the apartment I am leaving next month."
Ashley · verified buyer · Book One
★★★★★
"My abuela used to do every single one of these things. I thought it was just her being old-fashioned. Reading this I realised she knew exactly what she was doing. I cried a little. Good book."

Josefina

The old way, written down

My grandmother cleaned her whole house with six things in a bucket. She fed eight people on two bags of groceries. She stopped buying fabric softener before I was born because she realised it was making the towels worse. She never called any of it frugal or sustainable or intentional. It was simply how a kitchen was supposed to work.

I watched her do it for twenty years and never paid close enough attention. These books are what happens when you finally write it all down — not just the steps but the reason behind each step, so the knowing is yours to keep.

I will not sell you a miracle. I will tell you exactly what works, what only manages, and what to expect honestly. That is the whole trade.

Questions, Answered Honestly

Is a paper book coming in the mail?
No, mija, and I say it plain so nobody is surprised. This is a digital book — PDF + EPUB. Nothing ships. About thirty seconds after you pay it is on your phone, and the link goes to your inbox so you can open it again any night you like. If you want paper, you print it at home. The Master Recipe Card in each book was made specifically to be printed and laminated and kept inside the cabinet door.
Is this a subscription? Will you charge my card again?
No. One payment, one time. There is no membership, no monthly anything, no free trial that turns into a bill. I could not charge you again if I wanted to.
What if I lose the file?
Your link lives in your email — that is the thing to keep. If you lose it, go back to your purchase email and it opens again immediately. Write to me if you cannot find it and I will sort it out myself.
Do I need to buy special products?
The opposite. Almost everything is already in your kitchen right now. White vinegar, baking soda, dish soap, coarse salt, lemons. The whole point of both books is that you stop buying the bottles — not that you buy new ones.
Is this just tips I could find free online?
No. Online you get a hundred voices saying "use vinegar" without telling you why vinegar works, when it does not work, what concentration to use, what surface it will permanently damage. This is one knowing, in the right order, with exact amounts, honest limitations, tested in real homes across real years. And you cannot stand in the bathroom with wet hands holding a video.
Are the cleaning methods safe around children and pets?
Yes. Every recipe uses food-grade, household-safe ingredients at household-safe concentrations. The Safety chapter at the front of Book One tells you exactly what to never combine — including the things the store does not tell you clearly enough on the label.
Is the kitchen book only for Mexican cooking?
No. The principles — how to make food last, how to waste nothing, how to cook from scratch with basic ingredients — apply to any kitchen. The cooking methods in Chapter Six are Mexican because that is the tradition this knowledge comes from. But the 35 foods that last, the pantry tricks, the budget guide, and the weekly plan work for any household cooking any food.
